Grace

Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 September 2026

Grace is currently in development and not yet available. This policy describes how Grace will handle your information when the app launches. It will be reviewed and updated before release.

Grace is a personal Wardrobe Intelligence. To do that well it needs to understand your wardrobe and your preferences — so it holds personal information, and we treat that seriously. We collect only what Grace needs to work, we do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

What we collect

  • Account identity. Grace uses Sign in with Apple. We receive a unique identifier for your account, and your name and email address only if you choose to share them with Grace through Apple.
  • Your wardrobe. The photos you add of your clothing, and the structured details Grace derives from them or that you provide — such as category, colour, material, and style.
  • Your conversations with Grace. The messages you send and the recommendations and replies Grace produces, so Grace can hold an ongoing, context-aware conversation and learn your preferences over time.
  • Usage and diagnostics. Basic technical information needed to operate and improve the service, such as app version, device type, and error reports.

How we use it

  • To understand your wardrobe and generate outfit recommendations.
  • To learn your style and preferences so recommendations become more personal over time.
  • To identify meaningful gaps in your wardrobe relative to what you need.
  • To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
  • To respond to you when you contact support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your wardrobe or conversations to serve advertising.

AI processing

Grace uses third-party AI providers to interpret language and analyse wardrobe images. To generate a recommendation or a reply, relevant content — such as your request text and the details or images of the clothing involved — may be sent to these providers for processing and returned to Grace. These providers act on Grace's instructions and are contractually restricted from using your content to train their own models.

Where your data is held

Grace's databases, file storage, and application servers are hosted in the European Union. If you use Grace from outside the EU, your information is transferred to and processed in the EU. AI processing may occur in other regions depending on the provider.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run Grace. Each processes personal information only to provide their service to us:

  • Apple — Sign in with Apple authentication.
  • Supabase — database, authentication infrastructure, and private file storage (EU region).
  • OpenAI — language understanding, outfit reasoning, and text embeddings.
  • Google — wardrobe image analysis (Gemini).

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account removes your wardrobe, your conversations, and your account data from Grace's active systems. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons, and backups are cleared on a rolling schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app, or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

Grace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Access to Grace's systems is restricted and authenticated. Wardrobe images are held in private storage and served only through short-lived, signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information in transit and at rest.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the date above. If the change significantly affects how we use your information, we will provide a more prominent notice.
